2024 Dodge RAM 1500 EV – The Ram 1500 EV will be the first all-electric version of the regular half-ton pickup.
In addition to conventional body-on-frame construction and standard all-wheel drive, Ram claims the truck will have a driving range of up to 500 miles and attract more than 10,000 pounds.

By 2025, all vehicles in the Ram lineup will have a certain level of electrification, Koval told investors during the event to outline Stellantis’ future E.V. plans. Ram also has a medium-sized commercial fuel cell van coming up later this year.
It is expected to be four dedicated E.V. platforms, including one for city cars, one for all-wheel-drive performance and American muscle cars, another for premium vehicles, and a frame-reinforced platform for trucks and fleet models.
The company says that the design attributes in this platform will allow Stellantis to continuously update its software and hardware and evolve with technology into the next decade.
The company plans as many similarities as possible in the platform matrix, with only one power inverter and three different drive modules.
Two battery chemistries are planned, with solid-state cell technology and a cell-to-pack strategy coming in 2026.
Most Stellantis vehicles will have an electric version by 2025, but the push into battery-electric models will occur at different levels.
It targets low-emission vehicles to be more than 40% of U.S. sales, and more than 70% of European sales, by 2025.
An electric or plug-in hybrid version will be offered for 98% of its vehicles in North America and Europe by 2025, he said—leaving room for some people lost among its 14 brands.
RAM 1500 EV Towing Capacity
There are no specific figures about the maximum crane rating ram 1500 EV. However, they say that its electric pickup truck will attract more than its E.V. competitors.

Battery packs will range from 37 kWh to more than 200 kWh, requiring a more than 260 GWh battery source strategy by 2030.
2024 Dodge RAM 1500 EV Price
There is currently no official information regarding the 2024 Ram 1500 EV price, what trim levels will be available, or what equipment will be standard and optional.
We expect the price to be close to the Ford F-150 Lightning, which starts at about $42,000, and that price will likely go up over the next few years, so we expect the price of the Ram 1500 electricity will open at about $45,000.
