2024 Dodge Charger Daytona SRT With The Power of Future EVs
2024 Dodge Charger Daytona SRT EV
The Daytona SRT EV is one of the most potent muscular cars, a big job, but it has excellent performance results.
The next-generation Charger will likely use Stellantis’ upcoming large electric vehicle platform, which is said to provide a range of up to 500 miles.

Improving performance to hellcat levels will likely result in a lower-range estimate. Dodge hasn’t released much information about the new Charger powertrain, but in the YouTube teaser video for the concept car, we can see the car doing a four-wheel outage.
This car style is based on the classic Challenger and Charger models and the return of the Fratzog logo, which was used on Dodge cars in the 1960s and 1970s.
Unlike the exit generation, the new Charger is set up as a two-door coupe with a liftback trunk.
The Daytona SRT Charger Concept features a unique chamber exhaust system that is said to mimic the sound of the supercharged V-8 SRT Hellcat model coming out.
Dodge revealed the Daytona SRT EV Charger muscle car during the brand’s Speed Week event during the Woodward Muscle Car Celebration.
The Daytona SRT Charger is touted as Dodge’s new direction as it adapts to the approaching future of EVs.
The electric Dodge distinguishes itself by its colossal power and “Frazonic Chambered Exhaust” system, which is the rigid bridge Dodge is trying to build between purists in need of rumbling and muscle cars and the upcoming legislation that will force automakers to produce more EVs.
EV Power
Dodge has yet to say how much of the bike will power the new Charger trim range, but the entry-level 340 model is said to produce 455 horsepower while the mid-range 440 model offers 590 bangs.
The high-performance trim, supposedly called the SRT Banshee, will use an 800-volt all-wheel-drive architecture, but the model’s horsepower rating has yet to be revealed.
We also know that instead of the usual EV direct drive setup, this concept car uses a multi-speed transmission.
This isn’t a new idea; the Porsche Taycan has a similar feature. This setup is meant to improve performance and range at higher speeds. It also gives the driver the feeling of changing gears when going fast.
2024 Dodge Charger Daytona SRT Interior
The Charger concept was created as a coupe with The trunk lid as a liftback-style section that opens up to a large cargo area, and Dodge says the rear seats can be folded flat to create extra space to transport more oversized items—say, for example, a new set of tires.
We can also see a large panoramic glass sunroof, an excellent pistol grip shifting lever, and a fighter jet-style lid for an open ignition switch.
The interior design blends modern technology with a retro design theme and even includes textured trim intended to replicate the grille maintenance of the 1968 Charger.
In the interior sketch of the Charger Concept, we can see a trapezoidal infotainment touchscreen in the center of the dashboard and an oblong digital gauge screen that appears slightly curved.
Whatever the final design, the next-generation Charger will undoubtedly offer the latest version of the Uconnect Stellantis infotainment interface and is expected to offer popular features such as Apple CarPlay wireless and Android Auto connectivity, on-board Wi-Fi, and over-air renewal capabilities.

Is the new Dodge Daytona SRT electric?
In August, as part of Dodge Speed Week and the Woodward Dream Cruise, a tribute to muscle cars, the automaker showed the brand-new Dodge Charger Daytona SRT Concept, which hints at an all-electric muscle car coming in 2024.
How fast is the SRT electric?
That’s a big claim, considering that the current top-of-the-line Charger SRT Hellcat has more than 800 hp and can go from 0 to 60 mph in 3.5 seconds.
It will also have all-wheel drive, which will make purists of rear-wheel drive unhappy but will help it take off like a rocket.
Is Daytona faster than Hellcat?
The Dodge Charger Daytona SRT Concept car is powered by the 800V Banshee propulsion system, which screams performance. This makes Dodge’s first electric car faster than a Hellcat in all key performance measures.
